Sonora, CA — 41 year old Brian Beenblossom was sentenced to 21 years in state prison in Tuolumne County Superior Court today.
It was on Saturday, October 28th that Beenblossom was pulled over by Tuolumne County Sheriff´s Deputy Jeff Gempler. Beenblossom then accelerated from the scene leading deputies and Highway Patrol units on a twenty minute high-speed chase which ended on Mono Way when his vehicle became disabled. Beenblossom then assaulted law enforcement officers before he was subdued, arrested and transported to the County Jail.
The previously jailed Beenblossom had only been a free man for several months prior to the October 28th incident.
