Tuscany Hills Comes Before Calaveras Supes

San Andreas, CA — After six years of planning the Tuscany Hills development will be considered by the Calaveras County Board of Supervisors Tuesday.

The 335-home golf course community was first submitted to the county in 2001, but the Environmental Impact Report had to be redone in 2006 after some changes were made to the project.

The project requires zoning and General Plan amendments and was approved by the Planning Commission last month.

Tuscany Hills is located on 1,100 acres along the north shore of Lake Tulloch in Copperopolis.

For more information, visit the county´s website.
