Arnold, Ca — There was a hit and run accident on Hwy 4 at Utica Powerhouse Rd.
The vehicle that left the scene was an older blue pickup truck driven by an older gentleman. The last four numbers on the California license plate are 7406. If you see this vehicle, or have any information, you should dial 911 immediately.
