San Andreas, CA — The 4th annual Kites Over Calaveras kite festival is taking place this weekend.
On Saturday at the San Andreas Ballpark, the San Andreas Merchants Association will host an array of activities, including a kite parade.
The day begins at 11 a.m. and will also feature kite-flying demonstrations, booths, food and refreshments.
The ballpark is located off of Mountain Ranch Road just past the Senior Center.
