Sacramento, CA — Congratulations go out to Amber Wells of Summerville High School.
Amber is one of 49 central California students to win a $1,000 grant as part of Comcast´s 2007 National Leaders and Achievers Scholarship Program.
The program is funded through the Comcast Foundation and it recognizes high school seniors for their leadership skills, positive attitude, academic achievement and community service activities including the mentoring of younger students, volunteering at hospitals and participating in hurricane relief efforts.
