Committee Aims To Mediate Neighbor Disputes

San Andreas, CA — A committee has been formed to help neighbors resolve their disputes relating to agriculture.

It´s called the Agriculture Dispute Resolution Committee and was the brainchild of Supervisor Steve Wilensky.

Led by Ag Commissioner Mary Mutz and Farm Advisor Ken Churches, seven members will make up the committee.

The county says because of the population boom, neighbor disputes are all too common. Residents are lured by the lush open space but then daunted by agriculture related nuisances.

The goal is for everyone involved to have a satisfactory outcome.

For more information, contact Mutz at (209) 754-6504.
