Sonora, CA — 20 year old David Aron Searl of Rastro Way in LaGrange was arrested late Friday evening and charged with rape of an underaged victim incapable of consent due to intoxication.
Sheriff´s deputies were called to the Flemming Meadows campground regarding a party with juveniles drinking. One of the deputies walked into the men´s restroom only to find Searl engaged in a sex act with an extremely intoxicated 16 year old female.
Searl was arrested and booked into the County Jail where he is being held on $70,000 bail.
