Tuesday Night Jamestown Fight Under Investigation

Jamestown, CA — On Tuesday night, Tuolumne County Sheriff´s deputies were called to a fight in progress at the Jamestown Terrace Apartments.

After talking with several of the parties involved, it was discovered that a 20 year old female had the tip of her finger nearly bitten off and had been taken to an area hospital.

An investigation showed that a verbal confrontation turned physical between three females. The “biter” was apparently losing the fight with two of the females when she decided to notch up the consequences of them battering her. This is what ended the fight.

The suspect has not been identified, but is described as 29 years old, heavy build, with light complexion.

The “victim” reported that the tip of her index finger was at one point “hanging.” Deputies took several statements from different parties. No arrests have been made. The reports will be forwarded to the D.A.´s office for review.

The incident was reported at 10:35pm.
