Columbia, Ca — T.U.D. is making emergency repairs on a sewer line this morning on Parrotts Ferry Rd., so traffic has been condensed down to one lane between Church St. and Hudson.
Travelers can expect delays until around 3pm on Parrotts Ferry Rd. T.U.D. services are not affected.
