The 28 year old target shooter has only been identifed by the last name of Mosher. Along with two friends he was target shooting near the end of Mosher Rd. northeast of downtown Mariposa near his family´s mining claim on U.S. Bureau of Land Management property when the fire started at approximately 3:15pm two weeks ago today.
