Jackson, CA — According to P.G.& E. Spokesperson Brandi Ehoers approximately 1,300 customers in the Sonora and Tuolumne areas are being affected by undetermined high-low voltage flucuations.
The fluctuations were initially detected at 2am. No time for a total correction of the problem has been released by P.G.& E.
