San Andreas, Ca — A vehicle has reportedly collided with a pedestrian on Hwy 49 in downtown San Andreas.
According the to the CHP as of 1:05pm, Hwy 49 is temporarily blocked as emergency crews are arriving on scene. The incident is near the intersection of High School St.
