Multiple Burglaries Reported In Angels Camp

Angels Camp, CA — Seven burglaries have been reported in Angels Camp over the past week, prompting the Police Department to urge residents to be on alert.

Police Chief Dale Mendenhall says property has been stolen from vehicles and an open garage. Mendenhall believes the cases are related, and have been “crimes of opportunity” were the vehicles and buildings are unlocked. He says residents should secure vehicles and buildings, and make sure that all valuables are out of sight.

No arrests have been made in connection to the burglaries.
