Santa’s Arrival Highlights Twain Harte Christmas Parade

Twain Harte, CA — He may have been the last one through the Arch but Santa arrived safely and on time for the Friday evening Christmas Parade.

Old St. Nick was preceeded by 33 entries. Viet Nam Veterans Post #391 (the largest in California and ninth largest in the U.S.) led the six o’clock parade before hundreds streetside in downtown Twain Harte.

As the crowd dispersed following the parade Santa stayed on hand to visit with all the children that took the time to sit on his lap and have a short visit.

Absolutely perfect weather graced the entries and the turnout.
