Sonora, CA — A head-on collision occured at approximately 3:20 Sunday afternoon on Hwy 108 east of Via Este.
According to CAL Fire Communications Operator Maryjo Boone several extractions had to be made from the vehicles.
Response included resources from Twain Harte Fire, Mono Village Station 51, Mono Vista Station 56, Crystal Falls Station 57 and CAL Fire-Twain Harte along with a CAL Fire Battalion Chief.
Identities of those involved and injuries suffered have yet to be released by the C.H.P.
