Sonora, CA — Rain showers are possible across the Sierra Nevada beginning Saturday and continuing through Monday.
The National Weather Service says some of the showers could include periods of brief hail. The high temperature Monday in Sonora is expected to only be in the upper seventies.
Snow levels will remain above 8,000 ft. The low pressure system should move to the east by Monday evening.
