Sonora, CA — 42 year old Howard Owen Orr is this week’s "Most Wanted" by the Tuolumne County Sheriff’s Office.
Orr has brown hair and blue eyes. He stands five feet eight inches tall and weighs 210 pounds.
Orr is wanted on felony charges of possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor charges of possession of drug paraphernalia.
