Sonora, CA — 32 year old Summer Deann Baker is this week’s "Most Wanted" fugitive by the Sonora Police Department.
Baker has blond hair and blue eyes. She stands five feet one inches tall and weighs 115 pounds.
Baker has a felony warrant for obtaining aid fraudulently.
