County Approves Changes For A.N. Francisco Garage

Sonora, CA — The Tuolumne County Supervisors voted Tuesday to limit access to the second floor of the A.N. Francisco parking garage to only county vehicles.

The Supervisors cited safety of the vehicles as a major reason. Over the past couple of years, county vehicles have experienced various types of vandalism. This has included equipment and radios stolen, slashed tires, and fuel lines cut to steal gas.

The public will continue to have access to 27 spaces on the first level of the parking structure.
