San Andreas, CA — 24 year old Heather Russell of San Andreas was arrested Saturday evening shortly after eleven o’clock and charged with driving-under-the-influence.
Russell was northbound on Hwy 49 just south of Fricot City Rd. when she allowed her 2001 Toyota Tacoma to leave the roadway and proceed down an embankment. The vehicle ran through a wire fence before overturning.
Russell was treated for minor injuries at Mark Twain-St. Joseph’s Hospital and then placed under arrest.
