Thousands Turn Out For Arnold Fourth Of July Parade

Arnold, CA — Literally thousands turned out Saturday morning in absolutely perfect Mother Lode weather for the annual Fourth of July Parade on Hwy 4.

From Parade Coordinator Linda Baker, “Everything went fine this year. It was a new committe that was working on this whole adventure. We came together and pulled it off. We had a lot of entries (52). A lot of people took part in the parade for the very first time so it gave a new dimension to Arnold. We are hoping that next year’s parade will be even longer. It was a good day, the weather was perfect and I had a lot of enthusiasm from all avenues. It was great.”
