Sonora, CA — Spring has officially arrived, but winter like conditions are expected to move in late Saturday across the Sierra Nevada.
The National Weather Service says a Winter Storm Warning is in effect from 4pm Saturday through 5pm Sunday. Snow levels could fall to 2,500 ft. by Sunday morning, with 2-4 inches of accumulation expected at the lower elevations.
