Sonora, CA — A Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until 4am Thursday for the Sierra Nevada.
The National Weather Service says snow levels could drop to around 2,500 ft. and up to three inches of additional accumulation is expected.
Motorists heading to the higher elevations tonight should be prepared for the possibility of winter driving conditions.
