Sonora, CA — The Hwy 108 Fire Safe Council is holding a meeting this morning regarding the use of herbicides to restore fire safe landscaping around homes.
The session will run from 9am-10:30am at the Sonora Fire Station conference room at 201 S. Shepherd St. Members of the Sonora community are invited to attend.
The purpose of the open meeting is to provide landowners an opportunity to learn about fire prevention measures and be prepared for wildland fires.
