Copperopolis, CA — The CHP has identified the victim in the fatal Tuesday afternoon motorcycle accident on Highway 4 near Pool Station Road. She is 63 year old Janet Gregory of Oakdale.
She was a passenger on a motorcycle being operated by her husband, 69-year-old Marvin Gregory. The CHP reports that Gregory was going into a curve and lost control of the bike. The 2004 Harley Davidison slid into the westbound lane and then overturned. The husband sustained moderate injuries and was flown to Doctors Medical Center in Modesto. No other vehicles were involved.
