Stockton, CA– Calaveras High was defeated by Escalon last night in the Division 4 Sac Joaquin football championship.
Although the Redskins were successful in beating Dixon in the first round, Livingston in the second round and Union Mine in round three, Escalon took the win last night at Lincoln High in Stockton with a score of 22-20.
This marks the eighth section title for the Escalon Cougars.
