Whitman And Brown Clash In Debate

San Rafael, CA – Jerry Brown and Meg Whitman squared off in their final scheduled debate Tuesday evening.


Moderator Tom Browkaw asked the candidates their opinions on fixing the state budget, proposition 13, proposed elimination of the capital gains tax, the role of unions and the tone of the campaign.
