Firefighters Raise Money For MDA

Angels Camp, CA — Over the weekend local firefighters raised $7,700 for the Muscular Dystrophy Association.


CDF Firefighters Local 2881 Tuolumne-Calaveras Chapter and CAL Fire were out “filling the boot” at the Highway 4-49 intersection in Angels Camp. Statewide, CDF firefighters and CAL Fire have collected over $435,000 this year for muscular dystrophy, and have a goal of raising $500,000.


“Jerry’s Kids” is the sponsored charity for the International Association of Firefighters, of which CDF Local 2881 is affiliated.
