Mokelumne Hill, CA — A Bakersfield man was injured in a motorcycle accident Thursday in Calaveras County.
57-year-old Henry Joseph Marquez was riding north on Highway 49 near Mokelumne Hill when he lost control of the motorcycle and drifted into the opposing lane of traffic. The motorcycle collided with an oncoming pickup truck and later struck a guardrail. Marquez was taken to Sutter Amador Hospital with moderate injuries.
