Fire In Standard

There is a reported small grass fire in Standard near the area of Curtis Creek Elementary School.

The fire is less than a half acre, and officials say it does not pose a threat to any buildings or structures. Aircraft from Columbia was initially called for but then quickly called off because firefighters got a quick handle on it. It is in the area of Standard Road and Camage Avenue.
