Fair Moving Back To Four Days

Sonora, CA — The Mother Lode Fair will expand back to four days next summer.

Fair Manager Jan Hayden Myer says attendance was strong during this summer’s three day event. While revenue was down, she says more people came through the gate due to different promotions. The fair was cut by one day this summer due to the slow economy. Haydn-Myer says next year’s fair will be held July 7-10. The decision was made by the Fair Board of Directors.
