Murphys, CA — CAL Fire has determined that a small grass fire in Murphys was caused by an arsonist.
The 1/8 acre fire was started in the 5800 block of Diltz Lane at 5:28am Tuesday. The fire along the roadside was quickly extinguished. Two CAL Fire engines were dispatched to the incident. The case is under investigation.
