PG&E is reporting a major power outage, affecting 3900 customers in the western Twain Harte area this morning.
The power outage is affecting customers in the Phoenix Lake – Cedar Ridge area as well as Mono Vista.
According to PG&E, most of the power should be restored by 11am with full restoration by noon.
