Packed Agenda For T.C. Supervisors

Sonora, CA — The Tuolumne County supervisors will deal with a number of issues today including the consideration of approving a Memorandum of Understanding with Avalon Health Care, Inc. for the construction of a new 92 bed skilled nursing facility on Greenley Rd.

Ground is scheduled to be broken this year with the project to be completed in approximately 15 months.

Also today the supervisors will proclaim the week of April 18-24 as Crime Victims’ Rights Week.

The supervisors will also consider endorsing the fiscal year 2010-2011 Economic Development Authority’s budget, consider approving the first quarterly report on the  supervisors’ goals for 2010, consider accepting an ARRA (American Recovery and Reinvestment Act) grant in the amount of $286,232 for the Sheriff’s Office to add one investigator to the Tuolumne Narcotics Team and in a 10:30am appointment, consider accepting the Commission on Aging’s Quarterly Report.
