Twain Harte, CA — The C.H.P. is reporting a vehicle accident at Hwy 108 and East Ave.
Officer Mike Remmel is describing the accident as extremely serious. A large contingent of emergency personnel are already on scene.
The C.H.P. is recommending that traffic avoid the immediate area for at least the next couple of hours.
