Marijuana Initiative Qualifies For Ballot

Sacramento, CA – California voters will decide whether to legalize recreational marijuana use for adults.

The Secretary of State’s Office announced this afternoon that the proponents have received enough signatures and it has been certified for the November ballot.

The measure would allow anyone over 21 years of age to possess up to an ounce of marijuana and grow it in a garden.
