Mokelumne Hill, CA — Avoid Highway 49 near Mokelumne Hill this morning.
A vehicle has gone off Highway 49 and down the embankment near the lower Mokelumne Hill Grade. Emergency crews are on scene assisting, and an air ambulance will soon be arriving at a nearby ball field. Caltrans says it is closing Highway 49, near Mokelumne Hill, until around 11am.
