Murphys, CA– A vehicle accident has left a Murphys woman with serious injuries.
The CHP reports that on Wednesday at around 10:20 am, 50-year-old Geneva Robles was traveling eastbound on Highway 4, just east of Pennsylvania Gulch Road.
Meanwhile, also in the eastbound lane, a second vehicle driven by Brody Porter of Vallecito, was waiting to turn into the Shell gas station parking lot.
Robles was reportedly driving at an unsafe speed for the conditions and collided into the rear of Porter’s Dodge Ram truck. Robles sustained serious injuries and was transported to Memorial Hospital in Modesto. Porter, 23, was uninjured.
