Sonora, CA– The Tuolumne Utilities District (TUD) board will meet this week to discuss a variety of issues.
The board will adopt a resolution approving an agreement regarding construction and transfer of a water main extension to serve a proposed gas station and mini mart near Black Oak Casino.
Also on the agenda will be approval of an agreement regarding construction and transfer of water and sewer facilities to serve the Law and Justice Center on Old Wards Ferry Road.
TUD’s 2010 accomplishments will also be reviewed.
The TUD board meets this Tuesday at 7:00 pm at 18885 Nugget Blvd. in Sonora.
