San Andreas, CA — A dance teacher working in Murphys has pleaded no contest to having sex with a minor.
32-year-old Sarah May of Angels Camp, who previously went by the name of Sarah May Davey, was arrested by the Calaveras County Sheriff’s Department in December on suspicion of having intercourse with a 16-year-old male student.
The alleged incident occurred at Davey’s home this past June. Davey is the Artistic Director for the Satori Jazz Dance Company.
May is scheduled to be back in Calaveras County Superior Court for sentencing April 11th at 1:30 pm in Department 3.
