San Andreas, CA — The Calaveras Council of Governments has ended its relationship with Executive Director Tim McSorley.
The decision was made following a closed meeting yesterday. McSorley has been Executive Director since 2006, and was the former Deputy Director of Public Works in Calaveras County. McSorley has come under fire recently for the amount of time some projects are taking to complete. The Council’s vote was 5-2.
The Council of Governments is a regional transportation agency for the County of Calaveras and City of Angels Camp. It was formed in 1998.
