Mountain Ranch, CA — There is a house fire near Mountain Ranch in Calaveras County. CAL Fire is on the way to the scene of the blaze on the 1100 Block of Hubbard Road and Sun Mountain Road. There are reports the fire may have started in the flue. We will update you when we have more information.

Update 2:05 p.m.: CAL Fire is on the scene. They say there are no visual signs of a fire at the home. Also, no residents were home.
