Brennan Ready For Role As Supervisor

Beginning this January, Tuolumne County District One will have a new Supervisor.

Sherri Brennan was Wednesday’s KVML “Newsmaker of the Day”.

Brennan grew up as one of four children in Hesperia, California and attended college at California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo. Brennan moved to Tuolumne County in 1985,

“I soon fell in love with my new residence and Bob Brennan. Bob is the fourth generation on a working cattle ranch,” said Brennan “and we married in September 1987.”

The Brennan’s raised two children, Kendra and Nolan, and run a family ranch of cattle southeast of Tuolumne.

When asked what county issues she is most concerned about, Brennan replied, “First, it is imperative that our county attract business and industry that will provide current and future residents with the ability to earn a family wage. In order for our schools, roads department, and health and safety infrastructure to be financially stable, we need a tax base that can support them.”

Brennan also mentioned land management, natural resources, government and other topics.

The “Newsmaker of the Day” is heard every weekday morning on AM 1450 KVML at 6:45, 7:45 and 8:45am.
