$15K Raised For Interfaith

Sonora, CA — The Mother Lode stepped up and donated $15,007 to Interfaith Social Services.

Clarke Broadcasting’s Santa Fly-In Cash Drive For Interfaith was held over the past two days during the Star 92.7 and 93.5 KKBN morning shows. The money will help those in need receive much needed food, clothes and supplies throughout the next year.

Events turn to Standard Park on Saturday. Cash donations, gently used coats and non-perishable food items can be dropped off at the annual Santa Fly-In from 9am-noon. Santa says he will arrive, rain or shine, at 11am. Currently he is planning to fly-in by helicopter, thanks to PHI Air Medical.

Because the rainfall has saturated the field at Standard Park, Ole Saint Nick will meet with children under the big blue canopy this year. For more information on the event, click here.
