Solar Farm And Street Name On Agenda

Sonora, CA — Since many Tuolumne County workers will be on furlough next week, the Board of Supervisors has moved up its next meeting to tomorrow.

The Board will direct staff members on what to include in the 2013 Five Year Plan. They will also vote whether to approve the name “Justice Center Drive” for the street that has been constructed for the future law and justice center off Old Wards Ferry Road.

In addition, they will hear a report from the Tuolumne County Visitors Bureau and continue a public hearing on the Ecoplexus solar farm proposal off O’Byrnes Ferry Road. Tuesday’s meeting begins at 9am in the Supervisors meeting room. It will be streamed live in the multimedia section of myMotherLode.com.
