Mayo Crossing Over River

The Executive Director of the Calaveras County Visitors Bureau is resigning effective late next month.

Lisa Mayo has accepted a position as the Director of Sales and Marketing for the Tuolumne County Visitors Bureau. Mayo will join the team led by Executive Director Nanci Sikes.
“Basically, I will be able to do the part of the job which I love the most, which is marketing,” says Mayo. “A really neat thing is that the counties along Highway 49 work so close together, and we cross promote all the time, so I will still be able to promote Calaveras County.”

Mayo, who resides in Tuolumne County, will remain with the CCVB through late July. She has been with the organization for 11 years.
