Calaveras County, CA — Highway 4 Ebbetts Pass opened to motorists at 8 this morning.
Caltrans spokesperson, Angela DaPrato says crews were able to get the debris cleared away quickly thanks to the light winter. She says their goal is always to open the three passes before Memorial Day Weekend.
Highway 108 Sonora Pass and highway 120 Tioga Pass both opened earlier this month.
