Tuolumne Tomorrow Meetings

Sonora, CA – Meetings are taking place this week to talk about long-term transportation planning.

The Tuolumne County Transportation Council is leading the effort to create a blueprint for transportation planning and growth. The plan is being referred to as, “Tuolumne Tomorrow.”

“It will help us shape our community,” said Darin Grossi, TCTC Executive Director. “It’s really an opportunity to talk about what we want our community to look like for the next generation.”

The effort has been in the planning stages for the past several years. The public has a chance to give input at a meeting tonight at the Tuolumne Memorial Hall from 6-7:30pm, Wednesday at the Groveland Community Hall from 1-3pm, and Thursday at the Eagle Cottage in Columbia from 3-5pm.
