Cabezut Area Housing Subdivision Approved

Sonora, CA — The Tuolumne County Supervisors have voted to approve the Argonaut Estates Subdivision.

The Supervisors vote yesterday afternoon was 5-0. There was a list of conditions attached to the project after hearing some concerns from neighboring residents. They include things like installing rumble strips along Cabezut Road and making sure there is proper emergency vehicle access.

The housing subdivision calls for dividing 114 acres into 18 lots, ranging in size from 5-10 acres. The project is located at the eastern terminus of Cabezut Road, approximately 1 1/2 miles east of the Greenley Road intersection.
