Planning Commission Meeting

Sonora, CA — The City of Sonora Planning Commission has two issues to vote on at its Monday meeting.

The Commission will decide whether to allow a Conditional Use Permit so that minor auto repairs and fabrication work for off-road vehicles can be done at a building at 280 Mono Way. The property is in a limited Multi-Family Family Residential zone. The application was submitted by Samuel Persson, acting on behalf of the property owner, Borislav Radosavljevic.

The Commission will also take a proposal by Saint Patrick’s Parish to issue a Conditional Use Permit for an office in a residential zone district at 88 Bradford Street. In addition, it would allow for shared parking.

Monday’s Planning Commission meeting begins at 5:30pm at City Hall.
